VRÁCENÍ DO 14 DNŮ

If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, you have 14 days from receipt to return them.

Returned goods must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Simply send them back to our address in Prague, from where we also ship the goods, within 14 days.

The whole process is very simple - you fill out a short returns form that will guide you step by step how to proceed. Once the goods arrive and we have checked them, we will automatically refund your money back to your account within 14 days at the latest.

If you don't want to deal with shipping, we will be happy to create a return label for you. The shipping cost will then be deducted from your refund.
